Getting ready for winter!

Winter might seem frustrating because exercising can be more challenging, but the reality is quite the opposite. Shoveling snow provided me with an excellent workout, didn't cause any back pain, burned a lot of calories, and I managed to clear my own driveway.
Brisk walks in the winter can be enjoyable and safe if you wear plenty of layers and the right shoes. Don't let winter hold you back; keep active and maintain your health.
