While the end of summer can be challenging, it remains crucial to maintain proper body mechanics while using the computer! When sitting at your desk, it is important to maintain proper posture for the health of your back and overall well-being. To achieve this, ensure that you sit tall with your back straight and shoulders relaxed. Position your elbows, hips, and knees at 90-degree angles to promote good circulation and reduce strain on your joints. Keep your eyes focused straight ahead on the computer screen to prevent neck strain and maintain a neutral spine position. Remember to take short breaks to stretch and move around periodically to prevent stiffness and improve blood flow. By being mindful of your posture and making these adjustments, you can create a more comfortable and ergonomic workspace that supports your physical health while you work.
