Prepare for Labor

Prepare your body for strengthening of the pelvic floor if it is indicated and be able to stretch the vagina and educate you on the optimal fitness and diet to have an easier labor.

Post pregnancy

Perform a thorough spine, hip, and pelvic floor assessment. 

Assess any scars that occurred during delivery and assess your viscera to get your bladder, bowels and body to return to normal! 

Sacroiliac Joint Assessment

Perform a thorough evaluation and Sacroiliac assessment to allow you to get through your pregnancy strong and have less pain with all of your daily activities. 

Pelvic Pain

Assess the pelvic floor, lumbar, and hip complex to determine normal pregnancy discomfort from abnormal tissue mobilization and help you feel better.
